To order one or more Linguist's Software products, please complete the following form and submit it by clicking on the Submit button at the bottom of the page. Thank you for your order. It will be shipped within one business day.

In the following section, a street address is required if you choose DHL delivery. If a Post Office Box number is given, shipping will be by Priority Mail within the United States and Airmail overseas. (Please complete the Shipping address information even if you are selecting "Download only" as the shipping method.)

Choose one of the following shipping options:

Overseas addresses: Air Mail may take 1-6 weeks to deliver, depending on Customs delays in your country (over which we have no control). Products shipped Overseas DHL Express will usually be delivered in 1-4 business days, unless there are unusual Customs delays. There is an Extended Area Surcharge for some outlying areas. Selecting Overseas DHL Express authorizes the charging of any such surcharge to your credit card. We recommend Overseas DHL Express delivery to Canada, Mexico, and Overseas, because Overseas DHL Express packages can be tracked immediately; Air Mail packages cannot be tracked for six weeks. Most products ship the same day your order arrives. Credit cards will not be charged until the products ship. Express shipping guarantees do not include weekends, holidays, or delays due to weather. Shippers count only business days after the day the product is shipped when computing shipping. For example, a product shipped by 2nd Day Air on Thursday is guaranteed to arrive Monday (the 2nd business day after it was shipped). Please contact us if your product does not arrive by the end of business on the day it should. Please note that your country's Customs Department may add duties, taxes, or import fees to the total cost, and the shipper may add a Customs broker fee. These costs, if any, are added by your government and/or the shipper, not us, and are not reflected in the shipping costs listed above.

Downloading Products - Important!
If you have selected Download as your method of delivery:

We will upload the products you order to a server as a .zip file (Windows) or as a .sit file (Macintosh) for you to download. You will receive an email message from "files@sendthisfile.com" with the subject "Your File from Linguist's Software is ready to download". The message will contain a link to a website where you can download the product. When you receive the message simply click on the link and it will launch your web browser and take you to a web page where you may click a link to start the download.

Orders are processed 9-5 Pacific time, Monday-Friday. Instructions will be sent to the email address you give us; please be sure you have typed your email address correctly in the field near the top of this Order Form.

You will have seven days to download the file.

You must own a decompression program to open the downloaded file(s). More information.

Our products normally ship on a CD. Some of our products can be shipped on 3 1/2-inch floppy diskettes. Would you prefer 3 1/2-inch floppy diskettes, if available?

International orders: Please note that your government may add Customs duties, VAT taxes, or import fees to the total cost. There may also be Customs brokerage fees. For example, UK recipients may pay a VAT tax plus a £10 brokerage fee. These costs, if any, are added by your government and/or shipping agencies, not us. We do not know ahead of time what they may be and have no control over them. They are not reflected in the shipping costs listed above.

Sales Tax is charged only on items shipped to Washington State. If you are in Washington State and are tax exempt please fax your certificate to 425-771-5911.

Important: When you submit your order below there will be a wait while the server processes your order and returns a confirmation page for you to print. The processing of your order could take up to a minute. Please do not click the Submit Order button a second time, but wait for the confirmation to be returned. If an error message is returned, please contact the webmaster. If you do not receive a Confirmation Page, your order did not successfully process. Either try again, or contact us.
