Twelve professional quality, hinted, scalable Hebrew fonts in both ATM®-compatible, Type 1 and
TrueType® formats: Hebraica® II, Hebraica® IIC, HebraicaMod and Hebraica
IISupra all in regular and bold
styles, and NewJerusalem™, NewJerusalemC™, NewJerusalemV™, Bethel® II, Bethel® IIC, BethelMod, ScriptHebrew II, and Arad Level VI LS,
all in plain style only. The NewJerusalem Hebrew font (which closely matches the shapes
and weights of the characters and accents in the Biblia Hebraica
Stuttgartensia), the Hebraica II font (a standard classical-style square Hebrew
font) and the Bethel II font (a Ramat-style modern Hebrew font) contain all vowel points
and accents occurring in the Biblia Hebraica Stuttgartensia (the
Tanach or Old Testament).
Automatic overstriking vowel points, accents, cantillation marks, and diacritical symbols
are able to be placed over any letter in any combination. The NewJerusalemC, Hebraica IIC and Bethel IIC
Hebrew fonts are the same as NewJerusalem, Hebraica II and Bethel II except they have cantillation marks more
familiar to those reading regular Jewish prayer books. NewJerusalemV is a
vocalized font without accents that is completely Windows and Macintosh
compatible since it uses only Lower ASCII positions. The Hebraica IISupra fonts
contain supra-linear vowels and diacriticals. The HebraicaMod and BethelMod fonts
are for typing modern Hebrew and Yiddish. ScriptHebrew II is an informal,
handwritten-style modern Hebrew font and Arad Level VI LS is an inscriptional-style Hebrew
font following the representation of Hebrew characters in level VI of the Arad
excavations. The NewJerusalem, Hebraica and Bethel fonts have the same character sets as do the fonts in
LaserHebrew II. They differ only in typestyle.
LaserHebrew fonts are English system, left-to-right fonts, excellent for those needing
to input Hebrew words or short phrases into an English (or other language) document. The
fonts are especially valuable for those working with the Hebrew
Scriptures (which are formatted in NewJerusalem), allowing you to copy and paste
portions of the text into your document. Nine compatible Hebrew fonts are available in LaserHebrew II.
Those who must be compatible with Hebrew Windows, or who must have a right to
left input system should see our Unicode-encoded fonts,
LaserHebrew in Unicode for Windows or Macintosh.
LaserHebrew for Windows
Easily type modern and Biblical Hebrew (including all vowels and cantillation marks)
and Yiddish, using logical keyboard input. Includes a Word for Windows
template for easy right to left input (one line at a time) in the US (English)
version of Word for Windows. The Word for Windows right to left template does not overcome all the
limitations of working in the English (left-to-right) Windows environment. The
user must still be careful about word wrap at the right end of each line, and
have a carriage return at the end of each complete line of Hebrew text to prevent the right-most word (the first word in a
Hebrew sentence) from wrapping to the next line. The Word right to left template
does, however, provide an easy way to type Hebrew as if you were
typing in a right to left environment, while still using your English
application, and is ideal for typing short amounts of text.
System Requirements: The TrueType® fonts install into Microsoft® Windows 7, Vista, XP, 2000, or NT, and work with all Windows
7-, Vista-, XP-, 2000-, and NT-compatible
applications that allow the user to select fonts from a font menu. (A previous version
is available for Windows Me, 98, or 95.) The product includes
a User's Manual and keyboard layout chart(s). The included keyboard driver(s) allows access to
four characters per key (instead of the normal two) and alternate keyboard
layouts. All documentation is in PDF format, available on the Windows Start
menu, and can be viewed and/or printed using
Adobe Reader. The fonts will print to any printer at
the highest quality allowed by your printer.
A custom version (fonts only) is available
for Linux,
but Linux users must provide alternate keyboard input for characters in the
extended character set. If you are ordering for Linux be sure to select the
Linux box on the Order Form.

My heartiest congratulations! I am absolutely amazed by your talent and

Veli and Heli Voipio, Hensinki, Finland
"For years now I've loved your fonts - they're simply the best. Nothing
on the market, whether free or for purchase, comes close. Thanks so
much, looks great! I always have loved your fonts and resources!"
Dr. Ronald L. Giese, Desert Springs Church, Albuquerque, NM, USA
"I just wanted to say that I have used a lot of Hebrew fonts, and no one even
comes close to the quality of your HebraicaII font. It is still the best font I
have ever used or seen. Thank you for your quality product. I always refer
people to your site whenever they are looking for quality products. You may
certainly use my testimony of the superior quality of
Linguist's
Software fonts. Thanks!"
Thomas A. Howe, Ph.D., Professor of Bible and Biblical
Languages, Southern Evangelical Seminary, Charlotte, NC
"Your fonts are the best!"
Bruce W. Neely, Alexandria, VA
"Thank you for your beautiful fonts. You can of course quote my words: that's
the truth!"
Jean Lathion, Collonge-Bellerive, Switzerland
"Thank you for the fonts, they work well and are beautiful."
Samuel Cooper Franklin Smith, Liberty University, Lynchburg, VA
"I am quite pleased with your wonderful fonts. On my Macintosh machines
I have been using your Greek and Hebrew fonts for over ten years. It is
for me, a New Testament scholar, a great pleasure to use your really
beautiful fonts. This time I bought the same fonts for Windows. I'm
equally happy with them."
Prof. Ichiro Sudo, Seinan Gakuin University, Fukuoka, Japan
"For years now I've loved your fonts - they're simply the best. Nothing
on the market, whether free or for purchase, comes close."

for twenty years now and have always been pleased. They are a genuine help in my
ministry."
Dr. Judith L. Hill, Evangelical School of Theology, Bangui,
Central African Republic
"You always furnish excellent products."
Professor Anson F. Rainey, Tel Aviv University, Ramat Aviv, Israel
"We have used Linguist's Software fonts for
several years, including your Greek and Hebrew fonts as well as your Semitic
Transliterator. We have been pleased with the quality and functionality. Thank
you!"
Jacob Rawlins, Production Coordinator,
Institute for the Study and Preservation of Ancient Religious Texts, BYU, Provo,
UT
"I have used Hebraica II for several years, and there does not
seem to be another Hebrew font that even comes close to the style and design of
your font. All other fonts are just poorly designed. Please accept my meager
praise for your superb product."
Thomas A. Howe, Ph.D. Professor of Bible and Biblical Languages, Southern
Evangelical Seminary
"I am very pleased with your fonts. They are crisp, clean
and you have them loaded with all the pointing, cantillations, and diacritics
that the other fonts don't have. I am teaching Hebrew and use your fonts to
build my quizzes, tests, and exercises from Weingreen. I include the accents
when they are important to the understanding of the texts. Your
mapiq/dagesh/shuruq solution is quiet effective and elegant. You have a great
font."
Prof. Shawn Madden, Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary
"Thank you very much for your help and
explanations. I love your products."
Michael J. Rowe, Barensville, GA
"People here [at the Université Laval] are
very happy with your products. I heard many praises about the LaserGreek and
LaserHebrew fonts and keyboards."
Paul Dussault,
Faculté de philosophie, Faculté de théologie et de sciences religieuses,
Université Laval, Québec, Canada
"I am a very satisfied user of your LASERHEBREW fonts for
such varied projects as class handouts, a recent book published camera ready,
and currently, drafts for the upcoming publication of two of the Dead Sea
Scrolls. Thank you."
Dr. Richard J. Saley, Harvard University
"I first bought Macintosh fonts from Linguist's Software at
least 15 years ago, and I was immediately impressed with their quality and used
them for years with no problems whatsoever. When I switched to the Windows
platform a few years ago, I tried several different sorts of fonts, but none of
them were comparable in quality and ease of use to your products. My purchase a
few days ago only served to confirm once again that fonts from Linguist's
Software are in a class by themselves. (May I also compliment you on the
excellent user's manuals that you produce; I'm glad that your company is willing
to buck the minimalist trend in the industry and continue produce well-written,
well-produced, very comprehensive [PDF] manuals.) A satisfied customer..."
Jack Hagge, Iowa State University, Program in Linguistics
"I've been using Linguist Software's Greek and Hebrew fonts for
over 6 years throughout my higher education - they have enabled me to write up
detailed textual studies and to produce professional-looking assignments. As I
embark on a PhD I know I'll be relying on these fonts."
Elizabeth Harper, Bristol, UK
"IT WORKS! With the NewJerusalem font and your new BHS text, the
text is perfect. Many thanks."
Francis Treuherz London England UK
"Thanks for the great service. I had anticipated having to spend much more
than this. By the way, I live and die by your fonts."
David Baer, Ph.D., President and Professor of Hebrew, ESEPA Seminary, San
José, Costa Rica
"This is an amazing resource for me. Thanks so
much!"
Jennifer Knust
Assistant Professor of Religious Studies, College of the Holy Cross
Worcester, MA
"Linguist's Software provides excellent Hebrew fonts for Windows
and Macintosh. Transferring documents from one platform to the other is made
without problems. Their Hebrew fonts have excellent design and a large variety
of styles. They provide the only Hebrew/Aramaic font that we know with
supralinear vocalization (Babylonian and Palestinian), apart from the SP
Damascus, whose designs are not very attractive."
Pere Casanellas, Barcelona, Spain
"You are quick and professional as always. It's a
pleasure to work with everyone at Linguist's.... and I definitely spread the
word where I can about your Hebrew fonts. How impressed I was that within a
couple of days of my discovering a bug, Linguist's had mailed out a fix to
*every* registered user of your fonts. Keep up the great work!"
Joel Siegel, Berkeley, CA
"Your fonts are much more beautiful than [Microsoft's]
Windows 2000 fonts for Hebrew etc."
Veli Voipio, Finland
"Your software is the best I have found, and has proven to be
very valuable in my seminary studies. The fonts and templates are working out
well."
Pastor Greg Davis, Sarasota Federated Church, San Jose, CA
"Thanks again for the great products."
Mark H Harris, CrossRoads College, Rochester, MN
"**truly excellent**!"
Saul Rosenberg, New York City, New York
"I appreciate your very fine product. I cannot imagine life
without this software."
Noel H. Mayfield, Memphis, TN
"I am amazed by your competence."
Menahem R. Macina, the Free University of Brussels
Administrateur delegue et webmaster de l'Association Internationale
Chretiens et Juifs pour un enseignement de l'Estime
"Thanks for your super fonts! You have my permission to quote me
on anything that I say about your products. They're super!"
James L. Johns, New College, University of Edinburgh, Scotland
"Thank you very much indeed for your excellent service, your help,
and your products. I'm delighted to be doing business with you, and I look
forward to continuing to do so."

Madrid, Spain
"I dislike my Bible search program's fonts, which don't look half
as good as yours."
Jacques Porthault, Association Bible et Tradition Orale,
Bouxieres-aux-Dames, France
"It works well in Windows XP."
Aaron Son, Dallas Baptist University, Dallas, TX
